Our certifications are designed to validate real, applied skills. To protect the value of these credentials for every customer, we hold all exam candidates to clear standards of integrity. This article explains what's expected of you during an exam, what's not permitted, and the consequences of any breach.
By taking any of our exams, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Use.
Exam NDA Agreement
Before starting any exam, you'll be presented with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that you must accept to proceed. This agreement is shown at the start of each exam attempt and applies to that exam.
By accepting the NDA, you agree to:
- Keep all exam content confidential, including questions, scenarios, lab environments, and instructions
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute any exam material in any format
- Not discuss specific exam content with other candidates, current or future
- Not post exam content on any public or private platform, including LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, or community forums
Important:
- The NDA must be accepted before each exam attempt. You won't be able to begin the exam without agreeing to it
- The NDA remains binding after the exam is complete, including once you've passed or failed
- Accepting the NDA forms part of your agreement to this Exam Integrity Policy and our Terms of Use
Sharing your general experience of taking an exam is welcomed (for example, a LinkedIn post celebrating your certification). Sharing specific questions, solutions, or content from the exam environment is a breach of the NDA.
What's Not Permitted During an Exam
To preserve the integrity of the certification, the following are strictly prohibited during any exam attempt:
- Use of AI tools or assistants, including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or any similar large language model
- Receiving help from another person, whether in real time or through pre-prepared materials shared by others
- Sharing your account, exam access, or exam materials with anyone
- Recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing exam content in any format
- Using a single account or licence across multiple people
- Impersonating another individual or completing an exam on someone else's behalf
Important: These rules apply to all exam attempts, including practical labs, theoretical assessments.
Confidentiality of Exam Content
All exam content, including questions, scenarios, lab environments, and instructions, is confidential and remains the intellectual property of Centri.
You agree not to:
- Share exam questions, answers, or walkthroughs publicly or privately
- Post exam content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, or any other public or community channel
- Discuss specific exam content with other candidates, current or future
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the exam material
Writing about your general experience taking the exam is welcomed. Sharing specific questions, solutions, or content from the exam environment is not.
Monitoring and Detection
We use a combination of internal tools and monitoring methods to detect activity that may indicate a breach of exam integrity. This includes pattern analysis, content matching, and review of submitted work where appropriate.
If we identify suspicious activity, we may pause your exam access while we investigate.
Consequences of a Breach
If you breach this policy, the following consequences apply:
- Immediate revocation of any certifications you've achieved with us, including digital badges and physical rewards
- Permanent ban from purchasing or accessing any Centri product, course, or exam in the future
- Closure of your account with no refund, in line with our Terms of Use
- Notification to relevant third parties where applicable (for example, Credly, for badge revocation)
Important: These actions apply to all current and historical certifications under your account, not just the exam in question.
Reporting a Concern
If you suspect another candidate is breaching this policy, or if you've come across exam content shared publicly, please let us know by submitting a support ticket. Reports are treated confidentially.
