Invalid MFA Code

Expired Code
MFA codes expire after a short period of time.Solution:
• Request or generate a new code
• Enter the code immediately after it appears

Incorrect Code Entry
Typing errors, additional spaces, or incorrect characters may cause verification to fail.Solution:
• Re-enter the code exactly as displayed in your authenticator application or email
• Avoid copying extra spaces when entering the code

Time Synchronization Issues
Authenticator applications rely on accurate device time settings.Solution:
• Ensure your device date and time settings are set to Automatic
• Synchronize your device time with an internet time server if required
Authentication Device Unavailable
If you no longer have access to your authentication device, you may still be able to access your account using your recovery codes.
Solution:
• Use the recovery codes generated during MFA setup that you might have saved when you had signed up.
Important:
• Each recovery code can only be generated once - If you no longer have access to your recovery codes, you will need to contact support for assistance.
Troubleshooting Device Issues
Outdated authenticator applications may cause login or verification problems.
Solution:
• Update your authenticator application to the latest available version
• Restart the application after updating if issues continue
