Submitting Course & Product Feedback
Use the feedback form below for anything related to course content or the platform itself:
👉 Submit Feedback Here
This covers:
- Errors, inaccuracies, or broken content in a course, lab, or exam
- Suggestions to improve course material or the learning experience
- Platform feedback such as feature requests, UX friction points, or performance issues
- Ideas for new features or improvements across any part of the product
Important:
When submitting your request, make sure to select Feedback from the dropdown menu so it reaches the right team.
What to Include
The more detail you provide, the faster the right team can act on it. Where relevant, try to include:
- The course or product area (e.g. BTL1, BTL2, Dashboard, Lab VM, Exam Environment)
- Where exactly the issue or feedback applies: Domain > Section > Page, or Lab name, Exam question reference
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- How often it occurs and how much it affects your experience
- Screenshots or a short screen recording
- Your browser, device, OS, and the date and time in your time zone
Examples:
- "BTL1 > Domain 3 > Section 2 > Page 'SIEM Basics': typo in the third paragraph"
- "BTL2 > Lab 'Windows Triage': tool path is no longer valid"
- "Could we have dark mode in the dashboard?"
- "A resume last lesson button on course cards would save time"
- "Lab VM keyboard capture makes switching apps difficult"
