What Our Support Team Can't Do
We're unable to reassign a badge to a different email address than the one it was originally issued to. However, if your original email is no longer accessible (for example, a deactivated work address), we can reissue your badge manually to a new address.
To request a reissue, raise a support ticket and include the following:
- Your full name
- The original email address the badge was issued to
- Your new email address
- The certification name (e.g. BTL1, BTL2)
We'll verify your details and get the badge reissued to your updated email address.
