To access the free courses:

• Log in or create an account on the eLearning platform
• Open the “Free Courses” section from the left-hand navigation menu
• Select a course and click “Study”
• Open the “Content” tab to begin learning

Completion Certificates

What you receive on completion depends on the type of course you've taken. 

Free Courses

Complete 100% of the course material and a button will appear allowing you to claim your PDF completion certificate.

Certification Courses (BTL1, BTL2, CJDE, CSOM)

Completing 100% of the course material does not, on its own, earn you a certificate. For certification courses, rewards are issued only after you've successfully passed the associated exam.

Important:

• Reaching 100% course completion is not the same as passing the certification
• Certification rewards (digital badge, certificate, and physical rewards) are released only once the exam is passed

Ransomware: Negotiation & Threat Intelligence

The Ransomware: Negotiation & Threat Intelligence Course is a paid course rather than a certification, so it doesn't include an exam. On successful completion of this course, you'll receive a Credly digital badge to showcase your achievement and share on platforms like LinkedIn.
