Content Access Extension

If you'd like to extend your access, we offer two paid options:

• 31-day extension: £100 

• 62-day extension: £150

How to Purchase an Extension

1. Log in to the eLearning platform
2. Open the certification page (BTL1, BTL2, CJDE, CSOM) you're enrolled in
3. Click the Store tab, located near the course content list
4. Select your preferred extension and complete the checkout

A Certification Content Access Extension restores your ability to view and work through course content, including lessons, quizzes, and any remaining lab hours you had at the time of expiry.

Important:

• Clients are permitted to purchase one Certification Content Access Extension per course
• This extension covers content access only and does not include additional lab hours
• If you've already used an extension and need additional time due to extenuating circumstances, please raise a support ticket and the team will review your case.

Note: The extension is applied immediately upon purchase. If you still have active days remaining, the new days are added to your current total.

If Your Access Has Already Expired

You can still purchase an extension after your course access has expired. The new days will start from the moment of purchase.

Example: If your course expired 30 days ago and you buy a 31-day extension today, you'll have 31 days of access starting now.

Need More Time?

Each certification includes the option to purchase one Certification Content Access Extension.

If you've already used your extension and need additional time, please submit a support ticket. The team can enable the option for you to purchase a second extension through the Store.

Important:
Second extensions are enabled on request and are not available by default.

Lab Hours Extension

If you've used all your allotted lab hours and need more time in the labs, a dedicated lab hour top-up is available for CSOM learners:

• 120 lab hours: £150
• Hours are added to your account immediately upon purchase
• Single use only

Important: The 120-hour lab top-up is currently available for CSOM only. Other certifications do not offer a lab hour top-up at this time.

Restrictions

Course extensions are not available in the following cases:

• Passed clients: access cannot be extended once you've successfully achieved your certification
• Exam window: extending your course access does not extend your 12-month exam window. These are two separate timers
