Completing a certification gives you access to a set of digital rewards to recognise and showcase your achievement. This article explains what's included and how to claim each one.
Completing a certification gives you access to the following rewards:
PDF certificate
Your certificate is available immediately after completing your certification.
- Go to your certification page in your account.
- Click the Redeem Certificate! button at the top of the page.
- In the new tab that opens, click the download icon in the top-right corner to save.
- The file will default to PDF format, and you may choose where to share it.
Credly digital badge
Credly is a platform for displaying and sharing digital credentials. Once issued, your badge can be shared directly to LinkedIn and other platforms.

Blue Team Labs Online badge and title
If you're a player on our gamified blue team platform BTLO, once certified you're eligible to gain a badge and title for that certification, which can be displayed on your profile and shown on the main leaderboard.
To claim your badge and title:
- Go to the relevant certification page in your account.
- Click the Claim Reward button on the right-hand side.
- Once unlocked, go to your Account Settings.
- Select Badges and Titles.
- Choose which badge and title to display on your profile.
Eligibility
- Your BTLO account and your eLearning account must be registered with the same email address for rewards to be applied automatically.
Discord role and icon
Members of the community Discord server can receive a role based on their certification. This displays as a coloured name and icon next to your username.
To request your Discord role:
- Raise a support ticket.
- Include your Discord username and your certification ID.
