Student Discount (Education or University Institution)

You can verify you are a student by:

1. Using a Valid Educational Email Address:
   • Ensure your registered account is associated with a valid educational email address.
2. Manual Verification:
   • If you don't have an educational email address, you can raise a support ticket and provide proof that you are studying with an educational institute.  

   • To submit a request:
     • Raise a support ticket here
     • Use the subject line: Validate Student Status

   • Accepted documents may include:
     • Student ID card
     • Admission letter
     • Enrollment confirmation letter

   • Submitted documents must clearly show:
     • Your full name
     • The name of your university or college
     • Validity for the current academic year

   • Important Notes
     • Student discounts are only granted after successful verification
     • If your status cannot be verified, you will not be eligible for the discount
     • Manual verification may require additional information from the Support team

Service and Military Discount

You can verify your military or service status by:

1. Using a Valid Military or Service Email Address:
   • Ensure your account is associated with a valid military (.mil) or service email address.
2. Manual Verification 
   • If you don’t have a valid military (.mil) or service email address, you’ll need to contact us and provide additional information so we can verify your military status. If approved, you’ll be eligible for military discounts. However, if we’re unable to verify your status, you will not be eligible for the discounts.
   • To submit evidence, you’ll need to raise a support ticket with the subject "Validate Military Status". We’ll contact you and explain the information we require. You can provide one of the following acceptable documents:

Active Military Personnel:

• Military ID Card (CAC)
• Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES)
• Orders Document

Veterans:

• Veteran ID Card (VIC)
• Discharge Papers (DD Form 214)
• VA Benefits Letter

For Reservists/National Guard Members:

• Military ID Card
• Orders Document

Emergency Responders:

• Agency ID Card (e.g., from a police department, fire department, or Emergency Medical Service)
• Employment Verification Letter from your agency
• Relevant Badge or Certification (e.g., paramedic certification, firefighter badge)

The provided document(s) should clearly show:

• Your name
• Issuing authority (e.g., Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, or relevant emergency response agency)
• Current Validity: The document must show active status, including the current year of service or validity period.

Once we receive your documentation, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If verified, the discount will be applied to your account, and you will see the discounted prices at checkout.
 

Certified Professional Discount

If you have successfully completed the Blue Team Level 1 (BTL1) certification, you are eligible for a 10% discount on Blue Team Level 2 (BTL2).

How to claim the BTL1 graduate discount:

1. Raise a support ticket via our Help Centre

2. Select Billing & Payments as the enquiry type

3. Confirm that you have completed BTL1 by providing Cert ID located on your certificate and would like to claim the BTL2 Certified Professional discount

• Proof of BTL1 certification may be required
